The terms that apply when you order from us.
1. About these terms

2. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the item is dispatched and a confirmation is sent. If an item is unavailable or a price is wrong, we contact you before charging.
3. Prices, taxes and currency
Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, GST/PST, HST or other applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required. The order total shown at checkout is the amount charged for the goods.
4. Payment
Card payments are authorised at checkout and captured at dispatch. Payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout; we never ask for card details by email.
5. Shipping
Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order — no minimum purchase and no additional standard shipping charge. Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after order confirmation (1–2 business days preparation plus 3–5 business days transit). International shipping is unavailable.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery under the Return & Refund Policy on this site: eligible items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition. Return shipping is free ($0.00) and no restocking fee is charged. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days of approval.
7. Cancellations
Contact us promptly to cancel. Until dispatch we cancel without charge; after dispatch the return process applies.
8. Risk and inspection
Risk passes on delivery. Inspect the carton when it arrives and report damage, defects or missing parts promptly with photos so we can investigate.
9. Intellectual property
Text, images and product photography on this site belong to Novarixo or its suppliers and may not be reused without permission.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Product descriptions, colours and dimensions are provided as accurately as we can; natural materials and screens vary. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published when you order applies to that order.
