- How do I find the right nightstands for my space?
- Start with the measurements of the room and the route to it, then compare the dimensions listed on each product page. Novarixo publishes size, weight and material details so you can check the fit before ordering.
- How can I compare sizes and options?
- Open a product page to view photos, listed specifications and available options, then check those measurements against your own space.
- Where can I find shipping and return information?
- Standard shipping is free on every US order with estimated delivery in 4–7 business days (1–2 business days preparation, 3–5 business days transit). Eligible returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery, with free return shipping and no restocking fee. See the Shipping and Return sections on this site.
- Can I ask a question about an item?
- Yes — email [email protected] with the item name and your question, or call +1 602 555 0214 during Mon-Fri 8am-5pm MST.
- Do you ship outside the United States?
- No. We ship within the 50 states and the District of Columbia, including Alaska and Hawaii; Puerto Rico and other territories are outside the enabled checkout zone and international shipping is unavailable.
- How do I track my order?
- Tracking is emailed when available after dispatch. If you cannot find it, email our team with your order number and we will resend it.
- What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
- Email [email protected] with your order number, the item and photos of the packaging, and keep the packaging while we review. We replace affected parts or arrange the appropriate resolution.
- How long does a refund take?
- Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days of approval; banks and payment providers may take additional time to show it.
- Can I cancel an order?
- Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled without charge before dispatch; after dispatch the return process applies.
