Novarixo accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition, with packaging, accessories and labels. Keep your proof of purchase.

How to start

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item name and the reason. For anything that arrived damaged, defective or wrong, attach photos of the item and packaging. We reply with instructions and the confirmed return address — please wait for that confirmation before sending the item back, and use a trackable service.

This applies both to change-of-mind returns and to items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Something wrong with the piece

Inspect on arrival and tell us promptly. Keep the item and packaging while we review, and send photos of the item, packaging and label where practical. Nothing in this policy narrows rights you have under consumer protection law.

Refunds

After inspection we confirm whether the return qualifies, then issue the approved refund to the original payment method within 7 calendar days of approval. Your payment provider may need extra time to display it. If we cannot accept a return, we explain the reason.

Exchanges and cancellations

Ask us about exchanges — availability depends on the requested item. Cancellations should be requested promptly; after fulfilment begins, the return process may apply.
