Free US shipping, no minimum

Standard shipping is free on every United States order at Novarixo. No minimum purchase, no additional standard shipping charge.

How long delivery takes

• Order preparation and packing: 1–2 business days
• Carrier transit after dispatch: 3–5 business days
• Total estimated delivery after order confirmation: 4–7 business days

Where we deliver

The enabled US checkout zone covers the 50 states and the District of Columbia, including Alaska and Hawaii. Puerto Rico and other US territories listed separately in checkout are outside that zone; contact us before ordering if delivery timing matters for AK or HI. APO/FPO/DPO addresses need a quick check with us first. International shipping is unavailable.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are prepared and packed at 401 W Lincoln Street, Suite 110, Phoenix, AZ 85003, United States, then handed to the carrier. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays; weekends and holidays are outside the business-day count. We publish no fixed daily cut-off.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking is shared when available after dispatch. If an address is wrong, contact [email protected] immediately; once fulfilment has started a change may no longer be possible. A parcel that is returned or cannot be delivered is handled case by case.

Problems on arrival

Inspect the carton when it arrives. For a missing, damaged or incomplete delivery, email [email protected] with the order number, item, address and photos; keep the packaging while we review.

Returns are covered too

Eligible returns have a $0.00 return shipping fee — we cover it — and no restocking fee. Original standard shipping is free.
